Hi LW users...
I am in the lengthy process of modelling Thomas Jefferson's Rotunda b
uilding on the UVA campus. I am looking for the best way to get the "b
rick" surface of the building to look real. Does anyone know of a way
to generate a brick pattern on the surface of the walls that won't alia
s too much if I fly at the building from a distance? My other concern
is that I want the bricks to look real...would I be better off planar i
mage mapping the surface with a video still of the real thing?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Erik

P.S. No time frame deadline on this one.
